Okay I know it's been a while since I posted, but I tend to get scattered brained and completely forgot that I started this thing.
So where to start... Well I finally got off the oil platform. That's three months of my life that I'll never get back. I mean it wasn't completely horrible but I'm glad to be back in my own place surrounded by no one except those I pick. I have noticed that since I've been back I've been watching a lot of Fashion TV. The tv shows here suck and it doesn't help when all the good shows they do show are like 3 season's behind.
I finally lapsed and bought my first IMac. It's a nice 27 inch single unit. Meaning I don't have to put with a tower and I can type on this and watch Star Trek at the same time! The only thing that sucks is the internet is soooo SLOW!
Work is going alright. I'm finally on the watchbill so that means I only work 15 days a month, which is pretty nice. I'm starting to get a little annoyed with the work load, mainly due to the fact that half the stuff I need in order to do my job is so scattered across the command that it makes it nearly impossible to do it sometimes.
But all along things are alright. It's hot as all get out but that's expected and should only last a couple more months.
