Well it's Saturday and for me that means my work week starts tomorrow. This whole Sunday actually being the first day of the week thing really throws me off lol.
Last night a couple of my co workers came over to hang out and watch TV (I remember how bad it use to suck living in the barracks all the time). Of course there was a bottle or two of wine involved which was not only the best wine I've had but the most expensive. Just as an FYI 26bd=71USD. I'm trying to be really quiet because they are still passed out in the bedroom part of the hotel...and don't worry my hotel has two king sized beds.
I'm thinking that today I'm going to go buy a flash drive so I can transfer files off the old Toshibia that way it would clear up some space on it (yes I got it fixed for REALLY cheap). The folks on base have no issue fixing stuff for you mainly because they know how bad it can suck here when you don't have an outlet aka the internet.
This week is going to be packed full of stuff that I need to get done. On Monday I have to go house hunting, on Tuesday I get the yah or nah on the oil platform and on Wednesday I have to brief the admiral. I'm hoping that on Monday that I find a place because I really want to get out of this hotel.
Well the boys are waking up so it's time to hop in the shower and get ready to head to base to do some shopping.
I can see that some really bad weather hit the South yesterday (Yes I'm just now hearing about it because I get yesterdays news today) hope everyone is ok!
